- You are responsible for providing accurate contact and appointment information.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.
3. Payments
- We accept payments via Square and other listed methods.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
- All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
- Transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
- Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
5. Refunds
All service sales are final. Refunds are not provided once a service has been rendered.
Retail products may be exchanged or refunded only if unopened and returned within 7 days of purchase.
